This unit comes with a reserved parking spot on-site. Guests will be charged a minimum of $500 for a violation of this policy. - Access to this second-floor unit DOES require climbing stairs. All lower units are accessible from the front of the building without any stairs. - This unit is located in a 10-unit apartment building with other tenants and guests. Although we encourage all guests to be mindful of their volume, we unfortunately cannot guarantee a completely quiet stay. SLP14050
